What happens after I send it?

It arrives privately. Yann, a Kew Riverside Primary School parent who maintains this website, reviews the message.
Evidence and questions need a person. Sources, factual corrections, meeting questions, funding ideas and anything sensitive or uncertain wait for human assessment. Routine website suggestions may be assessed with AI.
Publication is a separate choice. Only eligible messages with your permission can appear on the board. Funding ideas and privacy requests always stay private. Publication does not verify a claim or promise a change.

Review is currently manual. There is no guaranteed response time, and the planned hourly review is not active.

This is not a council consultation response, school complaint, safeguarding channel or a way to book a question onto a meeting agenda. Use the relevant official route as well.

Constructive criticism is welcome. Request removal or a human review.
